This Reservation Cancellation Policy applies to inquiries and reservations for OPG Željko Laptalo services via laptalo-agro.hr, email, phone or WhatsApp.
1. Inquiries are not automatic confirmation
Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is an inquiry / reservation request. A reservation is confirmed only when the Provider expressly confirms the booking (by email, phone or WhatsApp).
2. Cancelling before confirmation
If you sent an inquiry and the reservation is not yet confirmed, you may withdraw it by simple notice to the email or phone listed in Legal Information. In that case we do not charge a cancellation fee via this website.
3. Cancelling after confirmation
Please cancel or change a confirmed reservation as early as possible so we can offer the slot to other guests. Any specific commercial cancellation conditions (including fees), if applicable, will be communicated before or with reservation confirmation. This Policy does not introduce predetermined cancellation fees.
4. Changes
Requests to change date, time or guest numbers are considered subject to availability. Change confirmation is given in the same way as reservation confirmation.
5. No-show and late arrival
If you cannot attend or will be late, please notify us as soon as possible. Consequences of no-show follow the conditions communicated with confirmation and applicable law.
6. Force majeure
In circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, sudden closures), both parties will cooperate in good faith on postponement or cancellation.
