These General Terms & Reservation Conditions (the “Terms”) govern use of laptalo-agro.hr and submission of inquiries or reservation requests for services of OPG Željko Laptalo (the “Provider”).
1. Service provider

2. Scope
The website provides information about agrotourism, the konoba / local gastronomy, accommodation (Villa Kate), olive oil, wine, rakija and seasonal products, and allows inquiries and reservation requests. The website does not currently provide instant confirmed online bookings with payment checkout or online product purchases.
3. Restaurant / konoba reservation inquiries
The table reservation form or WhatsApp / email inquiry is a non-binding request. A reservation becomes binding only after the Provider’s express confirmation (by email, phone or WhatsApp). Advance reservation is required.
- Please provide the exact date, time and number of guests.
- State special food requests, pre-ordered dishes (including peka dishes where offered) and allergy notes in the message. The Provider will consider them where reasonably possible; fully allergen-free preparation and availability of every dish at all times are not guaranteed.
- For larger groups the Provider may request further details or agree special conditions before confirmation.
4. Accommodation inquiries (Villa Kate)
The accommodation form is an inquiry, not an automatic booking confirmation. Arrival and departure dates, guest numbers and special requests will be reviewed; final conditions (including price and payment method) will be communicated before reservation confirmation.
5. Product and experience inquiries
Inquiries about olive oil, tastings, visits, cooking classes and other services are handled as informational inquiries. Availability, prices and conditions are communicated before a contract is concluded. There is no online checkout or web shop on this site.
6. Prices and payment
Service and product prices, any deposits, minimums or other commercial conditions are not set automatically via the website. Where such conditions apply, the Provider will communicate them before reservation confirmation or contract conclusion. Payment is arranged outside an online checkout (e.g. on site or by another agreed method).
7. Cancellation, changes, late arrival and no-show
Cancellation rules are described in the Reservation Cancellation Policy. Changes to date, time or guest numbers are subject to agreement and availability. In case of late arrival or no-show, please notify us in good time; consequences follow the confirmed conditions.
8. Children, dietary needs and dish availability
Children are welcome under appropriate supervision. Menus and availability depend on season and local ingredients. The Provider may adjust the offer for justified reasons (stock, season, weather), informing guests where reasonably possible.
9. Alcohol and responsible consumption
Alcoholic beverages (wine, rakija and similar) are offered in accordance with Croatian law. The Provider encourages responsible consumption and may refuse alcohol to minors or persons reasonably suspected of excessive intoxication.
10. Guest conduct and farm environment
Guests must respect the estate, staff, other guests and the quiet rural setting. Conduct that endangers safety or property is not allowed. The estate is an agricultural-tourism environment — please take care around terrain, animals (if present) and farm equipment.
11. Parking and belongings
Where on-site parking is available, it is used at the guest’s own risk unless otherwise stated. The Provider is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings except as required by mandatory law.
12. Personal data and written complaints
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy & Cookie Policy. Written complaints are submitted as described on the Written Complaints page.
13. Liability
The Provider is liable in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia and European Union law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
14. Applicable law
These Terms and contracts concluded under them are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
15. Changes
The Provider may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page. For already confirmed reservations, the conditions communicated with the confirmation apply unless otherwise agreed.
