Villa Kate is located in the peaceful village of Gromača, about 15 km from Dubrovnik. This 250-year-old stone villa has been fully renovated for a relaxing stay in nature. It is surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden of 500 m² with an outdoor pool in the centre of the courtyard. The accommodation covers 187 m² and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 8 guests. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room with access to the terrace. Two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms (one with a fireplace), Smart TV, satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a washing machine and other modern amenities ensure comfort throughout the year. During your stay you can taste homemade liqueurs, wines and authentic specialities from the family konoba on the estate.

Bedrooms & bathrooms
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor is one bedroom with a double bed (160×200 cm), satellite TV, safe and air conditioning. On the first floor are three bedrooms: one with two single beds (90×200 cm), two with double beds (160×200 cm), one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Three rooms have balcony access. All bedrooms have TV, air conditioning and wardrobe space. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower cabin; upstairs there is a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional shower room.
Pool, terrace & outdoor area
The courtyard features an outdoor pool of 33 m² (depth 1.5 m), available from 1 May to 31 October, with an outdoor shower. By the pool you will find sun loungers, parasols and a stone bench for evening gatherings. The covered terrace has a dining table and a wood-fired barbecue. A children's playground with swings and a seesaw is provided. Free private parking for up to 4 vehicles is available. Concierge services, transfer arrangements, a private chef and bicycle rental for exploring the area can be arranged during your stay.

The house is about 15 km from Dubrovnik and 30 km from Dubrovnik Airport (Čilipi). The nearest restaurant and shop in Orašac are about 3 km away. The owner does not live on the property. Smoking, pets, parties and youth groups are not allowed. Veliki žali beach is about 5 km away. During your stay you can visit Trsteno Arboretum, the Elaphiti islands or the historic centre of Dubrovnik.
